LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Gusty winds and low humidity levels Wednesday prompted the National Weather Service to issue a Red Flag Warning. The warning, which was issued for the mountains of Los Angeles and Ventura counties, will be in effect from 6 a.m. Wednesday to 10 a.m. Thursday.
