Treasurer criticises Europe over inaction on debt MP3

The Federal Treasurer Wayne Swan has warned Europe that it must tackle its debt crisis or risk plunging the world economy into a period of long stagnation. He says there needs to be co-ordinated action from European Governments to deal with the fiscal problems.
