    Indigenous cookbook MP3

    A group of Indigenous women in Mossman, in Far North Queensland, have published a cookbook to help address nutrition problems within Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. The cookbook offers new ideas and recipes, like stingray curry and coconut damper. It is part of a community health program which also includes teaching local Indigenous women how to grow their own food, hunt and gather, and exercise.
