The restaurant owner at the centre of the menu which demeaned the Prime Minister says the document was never circulated. Joe Richards, the restaurant owner, has sent an email clarifying that he created the menu he says was meant as a 'light hearted joke' but insists it was never shown to any guests at the LNP fundraising event held for candidate Mal Brough in March.
