HARTFORD, Conn. (CBSNewYork) - A new Quinnipiac University poll shows Connecticut Gov. Dan Malloy with lackluster numbers. Republican Tom Foley, a former Ambassador to Ireland, who ran against Malloy in the governor’s race three years ago, now has a slight edge over the incumbent.
